Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
Oversee the development and implementation of nursing care plans.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in long-term care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
