The Director of Nursing provides oversight of clinical operations while pursuing the best resident quality of care. Responsible for providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice.
You Will
Oversee all clinical operations of the facility
Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all nursing care.
Supervision of facility nursing staff
Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
Create positive resident outcomes.
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.
You Have
Valid RN license
Successful criminal background check
