National Accounts Director
Morgan Tanner & Associates focuses on connecting great people to great opportunities in the service industry. We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a regional residential restoration company growing like crazy.
Our client is looking for a National Accounts Director to join their team. This position will focus on developing annual strategic plans, working with franchise owners to increase revenues, and building relationships with national account clients.
Areas of focus include:
Develop a centralized approach to meet national accounts clients’ needs.
Coach franchise owners on processes to handle national account clients
Monitor and review performance standards field operations
Meet with customers to review customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
Identify additional lines of business to tap into
Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
Preferred experience includes a minimum of five years’ Sales/General Management experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
