The Role
We are seeking a Director of Media Analytics with expertise in affiliate marketing to drive insights that boost profitability and improve customer relationships. You will analyze complex datasets to generate valuable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3 mid-level analysts.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze and optimize affiliate partner campaigns through A/B testing and KPI tracking.
Data Analysis: Pull data from multiple sources to solve complex problems and identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
Insight Communication: Conduct ad-hoc and proactive analysis to drive business solutions, effectively communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with Affiliate Account Managers to enhance campaign performance.
Player-Coach Role: Balance coding and strategic responsibilities, acting as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience: 6-7+ years in media analytics, with a focus on affiliate partnerships.
Statistical Proficiency: Strong background in advanced statistical methods and A/B testing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and a BI tool; Python is a plus.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a small team.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
