Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Marketing Director for a large non profit client in Atlanta. This role will be focused on PARTNERSHIP Marketing responsible for leading strategic marketing and communications efforts for a portfolio of corporate partnerships and campaigns on behalf of our client. This role is onsite 2 days a week in the Metro Atlanta area.
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage potential partners, including corporate sponsors, foundations, and community organizations.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partnership marketing efforts.
Fundraising and Sponsorship:
- Work closely with the development team to integrate marketing strategies into fundraising campaigns.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and create proposals to secure financial support.
- Manage and report on sponsorship deliverables and outcomes.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute events that engage partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and impact.
- Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure successful event execution.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze partnership marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and partners.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, partnership development, or related roles.
- Experience leading account teams within an agency setting considered a plus*
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong understanding of non-profit sector and fundraising principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
