Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Marketing Director for a large non profit client in Atlanta. This role will be focused on PARTNERSHIP Marketing responsible for leading strategic marketing and communications efforts for a portfolio of corporate partnerships and campaigns on behalf of our client. This role is onsite 2 days a week in the Metro Atlanta area.


Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage potential partners, including corporate sponsors, foundations, and community organizations.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partnership marketing efforts.

Fundraising and Sponsorship:

  • Work closely with the development team to integrate marketing strategies into fundraising campaigns.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities and create proposals to secure financial support.
  • Manage and report on sponsorship deliverables and outcomes.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and execute events that engage partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and impact.
  • Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure successful event execution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze partnership marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and partners.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, partnership development, or related roles.
  • Experience leading account teams within an agency setting considered a plus*
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of non-profit sector and fundraising principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
