Our Peeps

We are ocean enthusiasts, technologists, problem solvers, and makers dedicated to advancing ocean exploration. We are pioneers and made up of, to name a few…road bikers, chess players, dog lovers, world travelers, military veterans, and an array of individuals with diverse technical backgrounds. We have family people, single people and people who refer people. And if we’re being totally honest…we like each other.

Why “fit” matters.

It’s not going to matter how smart or competent you are if you’re not a good cultural fit. We demand that our people adhere to our values: Speed, Discipline, and Collaboration. We also expect team cohesion while avoiding groupthink – which is a difficult balance to maintain. Before we get into the details of the day-to-day duties, let’s get down to the ocean floor. What you do, How you do it, and Why you want to work here matters.

We need people focused on helping Terradepth build cutting-edge subsea robotics, including the world’s highest endurance Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV). As the Director of Marketing – Content Management (DOM-CM) you will oversee all marketing and creative content plans and initiatives across Terradepth’s commercial and government market segments. Developing and implementing marketing strategies that engage customers (value proposition), increase product awareness and drive sales for all our product offerings (AUV surveying, XLAUV, and Absolute Ocean) is key to this role.

In addition, the DOM-CM will be central to setting up and driving key events for Terradepth, With the focus on planning, coordinating, attending and successfully managing all aspects related to company events (include but not limited to Social Media, trade shows, Government/Commercial educational events, sales meetings, and brand events) we will raise awareness to what we are working to accomplish and the value we bring to organizations who need our products and services. The DOM-CM will partner with cross functional team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, write and edit content that is engaging, accurate, clear, and concise for all communication mechanisms/platforms (i.e. IE social media, websites, multimedia, photo, and video). By working to ensure all communication tools are designed to engage our targeted customers, the DOM-CM supports the company's achievement of stated goals and objectives. Yay, we know, some pretty important stuff!!

You don’t need to be the world’s foremost expert on subsea robotics, but if you have the experience we note below, you are well on your way. We get it, everybody has a learning curve and because of that, we help each other grow by sharing our knowledge and insight. As team-members we strive to be humble enough to learn but confident enough to execute. We love curiosity without distraction. Threaded into our day-to-day activities is our commitment to support, invest in and stretch our employees to help them achieve their ultimate career goals.

What about you?

If you excel at content management, event planning, rolling up your sleeves, leading initiatives, and teamwork, you have the opportunity to join a group of people who are laser focused on building a best-in-class autonomous robotics product from inception to first article stage, keep on swimming.

Taking your breath of knowledge, feedback, and insight you have and will gain, you’ll help ensure Terradepth’s efforts and initiatives are focused on building subsea robotic products for the world’s unmet needs. The development of these products are key to Terradepth’s efforts and our overall business success.
