Role Overview:
As our Director of Marketing, you will:
Lead and manage marketing team.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and drive conversions.
Ensure department team, sales plan, and marketing strategies are organized and aligned to achieve sales and brand goals.
Implement SEO strategies and manage multichannel digital marketing.
Oversee traditional media and explore emerging trends.
Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in marketing leadership.
7+ years in marketing.
Proven success in lead generation and digital marketing.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
