Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to execute effective marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee the development of all marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision making and optimize marketing performance.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and adapt our marketing strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media.
- Drive our public relations strategy and manage our company's public image.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role in the Ed-tech industry, with a focus on SaaS.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
