Our client is an $800M, family-owned, global leader in business products and has been in business for over a century! They are looking for a Senior Director to oversee both global manufacturing and international vendor management. This is a highly strategic role which requires managing a $50M P&L and global operations with 12 direct reports. A relocation budget is available, and compensation will land in the mid 200K range with base, bonus, and LTIP on top.
Responsibilities:
Lead operational planning, processes, and outcomes to meet profitability goals
Establish and manage strategic relationships with key vendors and suppliers
Create and implement a global manufacturing strategy
Drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality production
Maintain robust supply chain networks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in global manufacturing and supply chain management
Proven track record of successful management of global manufacturing operations
Expertise in vendor management, supplier identification, and supplier relationship management
