Responsibilities
Supervising and managing 8 production lines, through 8 to 10 direct managers and 250 indirect reports to ensure production goals are met
Forecasting and managing P&L and budgets
Colabrating with other departments including Engineering, Sales, Quality, Procurement, etc.
Performing process improvement iniciatives
