Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Contribute to strategic planning and innovative initiatives as a key member of the Executive Team.
• Shape operational direction and navigate regulatory landscapes effectively.
  
  

Department Oversight

• Manage day-to-day operations of licensing, registration, and professional corporations processes.
• Oversee a dedicated team, ensure compliance with regulations, and continuously improve services.
  
  

Collaborative Excellence

• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the department.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address challenges and seize opportunities.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Implement cutting-edge systems and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (advanced degrees or certifications preferred).
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of five years in a senior management role, ideally within professional licensing or a regulatory environment.
• Experience in strategic planning and process improvement highly valued.
  
  

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with web-based platforms is a plus.
