My client is looking for an Investor Relations Lead who will support all operational activities related to investor relations. This role is crucial in coordinating investor events, providing key investor intelligence, and crafting strategic messages that resonate with stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Refining and positioning strategic external messages.
• Developing materials for quarterly earnings calls and board meetings.
• Keeping a pulse on biotech/pharma capital markets, investor sentiment, and peer messaging.
• Coordinating investor events such as conferences, roadshows, and fireside chats.
• Preparing management for investor interactions with vital account intelligence.
• Analyzing data to draw actionable insights on industry deals and stock performance.
• Reviewing Wall Street analysts' research reports and valuation modeling.
• Assisting in corporate transactions with valuation estimates, due diligence materials, and ad-hoc deal analytics.
