POSITION SUMMARY



The Director of International Sales leads all aspects of the International sales division. You will have thorough knowledge of sales processes and be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic plans that will result in sales and distribution gains in current markets as well as potential new countries of interest. You will lead the development of business plans for new and existing countries of distribution, administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities and provide recommendations to Executive leadership for achieving the company’s global overall business goals. You will coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales quotas and goals; establish training programs for the sales team; analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements; and, create a strategic plan based on metrics and the preferences of customers. The Director of Sales is a model for the team, able to unite internal sales teams and external partners, hit goals, and hold each team member accountable for the group’s success
