Director of Infrastructure

**This position requires the individual to be in the Omaha or surrounding area**

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversees the operation and planning for the IT infrastructure
• Provides regular reporting on overall health of infrastructure and KPI’s
• Oversees the support structure to maintain defined service levels of networks, servers, workstations, operating systems, telecommunications and systems software to ensure stable, scalable and secure environments
• Manage the utilization of the data center, cloud infrastructure, backup sites, and DR infrastructure
• Responsible for end-to-end infrastructure sizing and architecting
• Responsible for multi-year growth forecasting and planning
• Responsible for infrastructure lifecycle asset management, change management processes, and configuration management
• Research and provide recommendations on new technologies and trends
• Responsible for infrastructure budget
• Will support the Enterprise Technology team with systems administration to configure our solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field, or 8-10 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT leadership role.
• Experience with configuration item management, CMDB, or other asset tracking systems.
• Experience with (infrastructure) change management.
• Experience in a healthcare organization preferred
