Director of Information Technology Infrastructure

We’re looking for a Director of Information Technology Infrastructure to join our team.

This member of the management team reports directly to the Chief Information Officer and oversees the functionality of the Credit Union’s enterprise information system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and managing the company’s technology infrastructure (hardware, software and networking), ensuring IT services are in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, and directing the IT staff to ensure technology solutions are meeting the needs of AllSouth Federal Credit Union.

What makes you a successful candidate for this position?

  • At least 5 years of experience managing storage, VMWare, Phone systems, Networking, and Windows, preferably in a financial institution;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • 3-5 years previous supervisory experience;
  • Strong analytical skills; and
  • Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.


The following certifications are preferred:

  • Microsoft;
  • Azure;
  • Linux;
  • Cisco;
  • VMWare;
  • Storage certification (Pure, Dell, HP).

The minimum starting compensation for this position is $136,606.00 per year. AllSouth provides the following benefits:
