Director of Information Technology

We're seeking a seasoned IT leader with a proven track record of managing complex IT environments across infrastructure, applications, and store/branch systems. This strategic role will provide end-to-end leadership for a growing 14-member IT team, with the potential to oversee a a a versatile team

About You:

• You possess extensive experience leading and managing IT operations across all facets, from infrastructure and applications to store/branch systems (c-store specific experience a plus).
• You have a strong understanding of cloud environments, ideally with experience in migrating to a single cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable leading through a period of significant IT architecture definition.
• You are a decisive leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to working effectively within a senior IT leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT team in defining and implementing a comprehensive IT architecture post-acquisition.
• Oversee the migration of our existing ERP system to our chosen cloud platform
• Manage the ongoing operations and optimization of our IT infrastructure and applications.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the store/branch systems.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented IT team environment.
