HireCircle is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT/Director of IT to join a leading technology innovator providing advanced technology and solutions worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing complex IT environments. This role will be pivotal in driving our IT strategy, ensuring the efficiency of our IT operations, and supporting our global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise applications to support business processes.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Ensure the integrity and security of company data through robust cybersecurity measures.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience working with global organisations with 100+ employees
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing enterprise applications.
Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
