Overview
The Head of HR Strategic Initiatives & Culture will collaborate with the NVA GP HR Leadership team and other stakeholders to drive NVA People strategy, processes, programs and Culture to support the development of NVA’s Employee Value Proposition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. This role will be a pivotal partner in shaping and nurturing the company culture as well as thought partnership in order to create and drive Culture while fostering continuous improvement in the people strategy execution.
Successful candidate must thrive in ambiguous context and must be a self starter with management skills in a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
Culture:
Provide project management for key people strategy projects that support the company's growth objectives and reinforce our culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Implement programs and processes to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with experience implementing initiatives to promote a culture of belonging and respect
Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, satisfaction, and retention, including compensation and benefits programs, employee wellness initiatives
Champion our company values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed
Partner to foster an environment of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that align with NVA People Strategies
Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to the Employee Value Proposition by partnering with Sr. Leadership to ensure a clear understanding of stategic initiatives
Develop communications and training for all applicable HR Strategic Initiatives
Establish key metrics to track performance and improvements.
Champion all People initatives across NVA GP and ensure seamless deployment
Demonstrate ability to influence all levels of management, build relationships quickly, understand the business and assist business leaders in reaching their strategic goals
Lead all HR Strategic Initiative projects and act as a liaison between HR COEs, HR Business Partners and business leaders
Project Manage all HR Strategic programs and initiatives
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas (e.g., HR, Statistics, Business, Communications)
Master’s Degree preferred
Deep understanding of HR Business Partnering
Experience with introducing new business processes & standards
Proficient in handling and analyzing large amounts of data
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work interdependently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple large projects
Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with senior leaders
Compensation
The total cash compensation range (base and bonus) is between $225,000 and $275,000. This role is eligible for benefits and other incentives.
