Director Of Operations Qualifications

• Experience in upscale boutique hotels in leadership
• Boutique hotel new opening experience preferred
• Strong F&B knowledge
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of clientele
• Guest first personality and a genuine care for people
• Able to hold a team accountable
• Driven to continue learning
  
  

Hotel Director Of Operations Requirements

• At least 5 years in independent boutique hotel leadership
• Flexible schedule
• Able to learn quickly while on the job
• Knowledge and a love for nature
• Driven to be the best
• Able to create concepts, present the vision to the board, and execute vision
