Director Of Hospitality Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven ability to create exceptional relationships with team, customer and vendors
• Experience managing food, beverage and catering partnerships
• Proven experience creating and managing budgets and interpreting P&L reports
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
• Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
  
  

Director Of Hospitality Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, execute, and evaluate a variety of events and offerings
• Accountable for site budget and presenting monthly financial reports
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with building management to review success metrics
• Implement various marketing channels, such as newsletters, email campaigns, digital marketing and printed materials
• Create and foster relationships with local area luxury retail, hotel, and restaurant partners
• Support leasing efforts including tours, marketing collateral, and hospitality special touches
• Onboard, manage, train and develop on-site staff
