The Director of Hospital Facilities Operations will join a community hospital in southern New Hampshire and be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and security of all hospital facilities. This role ensures that the hospital environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to high-quality patient care. This position will manage a team of maintenance and facilities staff, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations.

The Director of Hospital Facilities Operations will lead and supervise the Facilities Management team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. This also includes the development and implementation of strategic plans for the maintenance and improvement of hospital facilities. This position will coordinate with hospital leadership to align facilities management with the hospital's overall strategic goals as well as ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety, health codes, and environmental standards by conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
