We are growing and seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead our efforts in increasing sales, lowering cost per acquisition, and driving customer retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, and data analysis.This is an on-site position at our company headquarters.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, retention, and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth, customer retention, and loyalty.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention marketing, and loyalty programs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and a willingness to roll up sleeves and do the day-to-day work.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. The strategy should focus on increasing sales, optimizing cost per acquisition, and enhancing customer retention and loyalty.
  • Manage a Sales Manager and collaborate with them to create and execute effective group sales initiatives, partnerships, manage outside agencies and promotions.
  • Own paid media and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director and other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive, consistent, and effective marketing approach across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making, strategy adjustments, and performance optimization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging data-driven decision-making and agile adaptation to changing market conditions.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively seek out opportunities to implement them in the company's marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations, finance and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and optimal customer experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in various marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, social media ads platforms, email marketing , CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Visualization, User Experience , Project Management, CMS, Affiliate Marketing, Customer Feedback, and Marketing Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and CX optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate them into marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing techniques.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
