The role requires a visionary leader to oversee the design and execution of creative content and campaigns, partnering with the Vice President of Performance Marketing, and collaborating across departments to drive growth.

The Director of Growth Marketing will:

• Inspire, mentor, and guide a dynamic team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Craft and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all channels.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and market insights.
• Drive the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, messaging, and positioning strategies.
• Optimize marketing performance through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools.

Essential Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience with hands-on expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and align stakeholders across the organisation.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Proactive problem-solving approach with creative thinking to explore new growth strategies.
