Director of Growth


Hoffmann Brothers is a leading Home Service Provider in both St Louis & Nashville. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch services and products to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth to lead our company’s expansion efforts. The Director of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth across all channels but most importantly through our Membership program. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive strategies regarding the membership program’s current state, value proposition, membership benefits, onboarding, retention initiatives & more.  


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop & implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead initiatives & partner with the Director of Marketing to acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other growth channels.
  • Retention & Engagement: Develop programs and initiatives to increase customer retention and engagement, including loyalty programs, personalized communications, and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Solution Driven: Monitor & analyze data analytics and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Ownership: Work closely with marketing, sales, field operations leaders and other teams to align growth initiatives & retention efforts with overall business objectives.
  • People Focused: Build and lead a high performing growth team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth for a high-growth company or start up.
  • Strong strategic thinking & analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast past, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction & loyalty.
