Role Summary: You will directly support the Chief Growth Officer to take GEM to new heights. As the Director of Growth, you will be developing and executing strategies across our entire growth funnel and responsible for achieving our aggressive business goals. You will lead all aspects of our paid media campaigns, as well as organic and product led growth, and be responsible for providing actionable insights and data analysis of performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow GEM’s target audiences through all organic and paid media channels
  • Plan, execute, analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns across growth channels
  • Own all related growth strategies for your channels, including funnel optimizations, managing large budgets, and media planning
  • Track, analyze, and report out on key metrics and related company KPIs on a regular basis
  • Own the logged-out site experience and, be responsible for onboarding flows, landing pages, and the home-page
  • Ownership of our growth dashboards,, keeping an eye at all times on the full conversion funnel
  • Evaluate GEM’s tracking and attribution setups and optimize accordingly to ensure top notch and accurate regular reporting
  • Maintain your finger on the pulse of all new user acquisition opportunities beyond our existing growth channels


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior Growth role at a D2C company
  • Proven track record of leading paid media campaigns, teams, and agencies
  • Deep understanding and proven competencies in at least Meta, Google, and Tiktok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Hands on experience with a subscription based high growth start-up, a plus
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills with high attention to detail and a proclivity for process and organizational improvement
