Director of General Managers:

Beast Code is seeking a General Management Director (GMD) to lead our management team and oversee staffing policies and processes. When necessary, the GMD will serve as the decision maker for conflicts. Sticking with a people first approach, the GMD will work with our management professionals to develop a well-rounded workforce.

A typical day as a General Management Director may include the following:

• Work side-by-side with the company's workforce to foster collaboration and grow our team of professionals. Following our values, the GMD must be approachable, listen to others, and drive iterative behaviors.
• They work with managers and human resources to drive performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and ensure professional growth.
• Collaborate with Managers, Directors, Program Managers, and the C-Suite to ensure resources are available to execute work.
• Ensures teams operate efficiently and are sized appropriately to support the company's growth.
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Successfully complete a background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license.

Pay:

• The pay will be based on the experience, skills, and qualifications that the candidate brings to the position. Starting pay is $150,000.
