We are currently retained by a highly successful, acquisition-oriented company in their search for a bright, high-potential Head of FP&A/Treasury. This organization is in the rapidly changing renewable energy sector and is backed by a prestigious private-equity firm with over $150B in AUM. Position:


This hands-on, visible position will report directly to the President, who is an industry expert in the energy sector and an outstanding mentor. This position will also have exposure and interaction with the executive management team, the PE Firm, and the operating companies. This person will be responsible for developing and managing the full FP&A function for the organization, including refinement of forecasting and planning processes planning and techniques. This person will work closely with M&A, commercial, and asset management/operations in supporting business cases for new investments, divestitures through valuation analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration. Additionally, this position will oversee the Treasury function as it relates to banking and capital markets. This role will be hands-on, but also will oversee a small team. Qualifications:


  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a mid-sized, high-growth company with multiple assets and/or locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and improve key financial metrics.
  • Technical and business knowledge to include financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive environment with a senior management team that is interested in growth and driving change.
  • Excellent ability to take initiative and demonstrate ability to work independently, but also collaborate and partner effectively with all levels of an organization.

  • Highest level of ethics, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
