Director of Food And Beverage

We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the operations at two of our full service hotels in the Basking Ridge area. This person should have strong organizational skills and be excellent at managing multiple outlets and teams through leadership, coaching, and motivation.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service, compliance of policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing for the department, hiring and terminations of associates all in a fiscally responsible manner. Works closely with catering and convention services.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel F&B Director or Manager is required
• 2 or 4 year degree in hospitality management or related field
• Marriott or Hilton background is a plus
• Ability to manage inventories and ordering
• Financial reporting and compliance
• Catering or events experience
