Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Food and Beverage at Park House Houston. The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing and training staff, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and satisfaction skills
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
Experience in food service and food and beverage management
Budgeting and financial management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
Minimum of five years experience as a Director of Food and Beverage in a high end Hotel or a membership club.
