We are seeking a guest-focused Food and Beverage Director to oversee all dining outlets and events for one of Destin's most beautiful resorts. This is a great opportunity to be part of a large 4-star resort that prides itself on providing exquisite customer experiences. This resort is truly passionate about providing a supportive environment to its team members.
Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (Commensurate with experience) + bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, PTO, and much more!
Relocation package available!
Requirements:
Well-rounded background in restaurant management, someone who is familiar with all aspects of operations (FOH, BOH, and Bar)
Ideally has experience in event or banquet operations
Must have experience hiring, training, and developing their team
Should have a true passion for hospitality
Hilton experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Directly oversees managers and team members
Prepare and monitor the annual budget, goals, and expenses
Assist in the creation of restaurant and banquet menus
Develop vendor relationships to guide negotiations
