Director of Food and Beverage needed for an upscale large multi-unit Resort.

This position is located in Southern West Michigan.

Director Of Food And Beverage Benefits And Qualifications

• Generous base salary plus Bonus of up to 25% of base.

• College degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 10 years of leadership experience. AAA 4 Diamond preferred.
• 5 Years as a General Manager level or higher / Must have 5 years in a Resort or Casino environment.
• 5 years’ experience leading 5 direct reports or more with a team of over 50 plus.
  
  

Director Of Food And Beverage Responsibilities

• Responsible for total F&B operations including multiple Restaurants, Room Service and private dining in an upscale environment.
• Responsible for all financials, including P&L, Budgets, Forecasts, and Capital Expense planning.
• Responsible for F&B direction for both FOH and BOH.
• Works with Purchasing and Culinary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop Training for all positions and ensures team members are given the proper guidance for success.
• Build and develop an effective team to achieve budgeted results.
