Giularos Search Firm is hiring for a Director of Food & Beverage at an awesome Hotel in Seattle!
This position requires moving to Seattle (no relocation)!

This individual will oversee the restaurants, beverage and banquet operations of the hotel.
Must have experience in:
Ordering/Procurement
Banquet and Event Management
Restaurant and Outlet Management
P&L and Budgeting
What we are looking for?
3 years of F&B management experience in a hotel
Experience in the bar and drink scene
ServeSafe (if not, then must be willing to get)
Experience managing multiple managers in multiple areas (bar, restaurant, banquet, etc)
