We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage who will provide maximum guest satisfaction whilst maximizing sales and controlling expenses in the F&B operation.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Education: University Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related role: luxury property required
Language: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Guest Relations: Proven experience in managing high-level guest interactions.
Communication: Excellent internal and external communication skills.
Personal Traits: Resourceful, resilient, and proficient in problem-solving; well-groomed and professional.
Must be a US citizen or legally allowed to work in the US. No work permit will be provided.
