As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee our dining establishments, in room dining and banquet services while driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department, aligning with CordeValle's mission and values.

- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.

- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and exciting dining experiences.

- Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory control to achieve departmental goals.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Enhance the private club experience by curating exclusive events and personalized services for our members.

- Curate an exceptional wine program that complements our culinary offerings and enhances the guest dining experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Director or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably within a private club setting.

- 3 years Food & Beverage experience

- Minimum Level 1 Sommelier

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, operations, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering unique guest experiences.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and costs.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

- Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship.
