Director of FP&A

We are seeking an experienced Director of FP&A to join our finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy, optimize performance, and contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
• Manage a team of financial analysts, fostering professional growth and development.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and capital allocation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
• MUST HAVE AN FP&A BACKGROUND (minimum of 5 years)
