Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

CV Resources has partnered with an athletic performance products manufacturer in Nampa, Idaho, in search of a Director of FP&A. This role works directly with the CEO and Controller to execute FP&A function of the business, oversee financial reporting, and partner with executive leadership to deliver on company goals. They will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, competitive benchmarking and contributing to financial decision-making to drive company performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in senior financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field
• CPG Industry experience - modeling across inventory, trends, and gross margin
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Understanding the needs of a high growth company from a financial perspective and applying them to cross functional departments.
