Primary Responsibilities
Drive best-in-class commercial and financial controllership organization that will support the Company’s annual budget target achievement and long-term growth strategy.
Leads the review of the monthly P&L contract forecast process and the monthly
Provide full transparency on customer contract profitability.
Analyzes contract profitability variances to drive profitability improvement plans using key internal data.
Understands the creditors, debtors, general ledger, and payroll functions with an ability to obtain a detailed understanding and ability to make process recommendations through interactions with the various teams.
Review contract related cost models and partner with Legal, Operations and Solution Design
Act as the Company’s subject matter expert in regard to company’s management reporting global blueprint.
Manage a small team of senior level Financial Controllers.
Experience - Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field, CPA or CPA track is a plus
Minimum of 10+ years of billing related work experience, 5+ years of management experience is preferred.
Proven experience in process improvement and driving standardization across billing operations.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
