Primary Responsibilities
- Drive best-in-class commercial and financial controllership organization that will support the Company’s annual budget target achievement and long-term growth strategy.
- Leads the review of the monthly P&L contract forecast process and the monthly
- Provide full transparency on customer contract profitability.
- Analyzes contract profitability variances to drive profitability improvement plans using key internal data.
- Understands the creditors, debtors, general ledger, and payroll functions with an ability to obtain a detailed understanding and ability to make process recommendations through interactions with the various teams.
- Review contract related cost models and partner with Legal, Operations and Solution Design
- Act as the Company’s subject matter expert in regard to company’s management reporting global blueprint.
- Manage a small team of senior level Financial Controllers.
Experience - Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field, CPA or CPA track is a plus
- Minimum of 10+ years of billing related work experience, 5+ years of management experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in process improvement and driving standardization across billing operations.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
