Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly and reporting into the CFO
• Support all finance related activities for business
• Manage a growing team of three professionals
• Build financial models to support business
• Work with client and team leaders to deliver all forecasts and financial processes
• Make recommendations for ways to improve business
• Handle strategic analysis to support growth
• Work with the analysis of profitability
• Manage entire forecast process
• Perform expense variance analysis
• Present all financial findings to upper management
• Partner with all business units of company

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
• MBA preferred
• 10 years of experience in finance
• Experience in professional services
• Experience with PowerBI highly preferred
• Experience working in large organizations
• Ability to work with different business units and senior management
• Expert Excel user along with great understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with large ERPs
