Position Summary
As the Director of Financial Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. This executive-level position requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly within the healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance, and lead our finance team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide strategic financial counsel on key decision-making issues.
Collaborate with senior management on financial planning, budgeting, and investment priorities.
Manage external audits and maintain audit readiness.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Operations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Direct financial forecasting processes and ensure accurate reporting.
Optimize banking relationships and implement cash management strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Team Leadership And Development
Lead and inspire our finance team to achieve excellence.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Mentor team members and facilitate professional growth.
Set clear objectives and monitor performance metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Financial Operations or CFO, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in NetSuite (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in financial management and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational abilities.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate complexity.
Education
MBA or equivalent required; CPA preferred.
