Focused on excellence and dedicated to delivering high-quality services to their clients, they are seeking a skilled Director of Finance to join their journey toward continued success.


As the Director of Finance, you will oversee the company's financial operations and strategic planning. Leading a team of seven, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to create accurate projections and monitor performance against targets.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely tax return filing.
  • Stay current on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, implementing necessary policy and procedure updates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of financial management.
