Role Description

Rise is seeking a full-time remote Director of Finance to manage financial planning, financial reporting, and analytical skills to ensure overall financial success. The Director of Finance will be responsible for day-to-day operations, such as budgeting and forecasting, analyzing financial statements, and making critical financial decisions to drive the company forward.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning skills with proficiency in analyzing financial statements and various financial models
• Experience in finance and financial management within a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with astute attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent financial reporting and communication capabilities with the ability to work within cross-functional teams
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field is required. A Master's degree is preferred
• Certification in CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology

A successful candidate would have excellent leadership skills, previous experience managing a team, and a proven track record in financial management. Experience working with regulatory requirements for digital currencies and global accounting regulations would be beneficial for the role.
