Director of Finance
Location : Remote
Duration: Full time
Note: Candidate must be bilingual English/Korean.
Job Description:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team on financial matters, including financial performance, investments, and business opportunities.
Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial principles, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is preferred.
