As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Finance and Business Services will provide the strategic vision and leadership necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the company's finance, facilities, and information technology functions. This role entails establishing and upholding financial and risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health, as well as overseeing general office management operations to maintain a high-quality work environment in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Responsibilities

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field; OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in senior-level organizational operations leadership, preferably in a non-profit setting.
  • At least three years' experience in managing IT departments and facilities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Non-profit finance or accounting experience is desirable.
  • Experience working with and supervising individuals with disabilities is a plus.
  • Lived experience with a disability is preferred.

Travel

Some local travel may be required for official business purposes. A valid driver's license and car insurance are necessary.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with prolonged computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to work remotely with internet access if required.
