Director of Finance - Adena Medical Group (Clinics)

Job Description

Reporting to the AVP of Finance for AMG, the Director of Finance Operations for the Clinic Division works effectively with Clinic Operations teams to ensure overall financial performance within budgeted parameters. This position serves as the internal financial consultant to the Clinic Division of Adena Heath System, and coordinates with both internal and external resources to provide the appropriate analytical and strategic support for management decision making. Emphasis on physician compensation in collaboration with the AVP of AMG and revenue cycle operations collaboration with the outsourced third-party organization. The Director is involved in annual budget preparation and long range financial forecasting for the clinics, prepares appropriate budget variance analyses to drive any corrective action, assists with preparing necessary business plans for capital expenditures or new clinical programs or new businesses. The Director is responsible for continuous improvement of the financial performance for the medical group. This position helps identify and assists in solving problems that serve as barriers to effective financial performance.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Major/Area of Concentration: Finance or Accounting

Preferred Education: Masters Degree/CPA preferred.
