Director of Finance & Accounting

PSG has partnered with a top company in the Tech industry that is building out the Finance function due to growth by adding a Director of Finance to their team. This is a rare opportunity with a high growth business that will offer an exceptional career path and room for advancement.

Finance Director Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets, manage monthly forecasting and supporting analysis
• Lead company Financial Planning & Analysis
• Budget vs. Actual variance analysis with commentary
• Financial Analysis for multiple entities / revenue streams
• Cash management
• Preparing board decks and presentations for management team / financial reporting
• Define and implement performance indicators and strategies
• Creating and improving financial models
• Inventory forecasting and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA nice to have but not required
• 7+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience with team leadership / management experience
• Experience with full P&L financial analysis for businesses with multiple entities
• Financial modeling experience
• Tech / Software / SAAS industry experience desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills w/the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders
• Start up / rapidly growing / fast paced company experience

Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 + bonus
