We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Facilities, Safety, and Security.
As the Director of Facilities, Safety, and Security, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital environment. You will oversee all aspects of facilities management, safety protocols, and security measures to uphold the well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of facility management practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management plans to ensure the efficient operation of the hospital's physical infrastructure.
Oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation projects to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and budgetary constraints.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety among staff and patients.
Coordinate emergency preparedness efforts, including disaster response plans, drills, and training programs.
Manage security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel, to safeguard the hospital premises.
Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify and address facility-related issues and improvement opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in facilities management, safety, and security.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience:
Five to seven years plant maintenance and engineering management experience in a hospital environment.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.
Strong knowledge of building systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to facilities management, safety, and security.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
