Dynamic Leadership Opportunity in Maintenance and Construction
Salary Range: $136,500 - $182,000 / year

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Communication: Foster effective communication with associates and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and success.
Safety: Implement comprehensive safety procedures to uphold the well-being of guests and employees.
Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets focusing on revenue generation and cost-efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with other properties within the organization to drive corporate goals and initiatives.
Workforce Development: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse workforce to promote a positive work environment.
Project Management: Lead capital asset and infrastructure maintenance projects, including negotiating vendor contracts.
Compliance: Uphold industry standards and regulatory compliance across all operations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or related field required, with an emphasis in Engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in management or leadership roles.
Licensure: Valid Driver's License required; occasional business travel up to 5%.
Expertise: Proficiency in engineering principles, amusement ride safety regulations (ASTM, California DOSH), and construction management.
Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the amusement industry and industry standards.
