In this role, you'll be the driving force behind building strong client relationships and exceeding sales goals. You'll lead a talented team of regional sales managers, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure our programs leave a lasting impression.
Here's What You'll Do
Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of regional sales managers.
Become a trusted advisor to clients, crafting creative program concepts and exceeding expectations.
Travel to key industry events and build strong relationships with industry partners.
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the business events industry.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop strategic sales plans.
Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Experience with sales forecasting, budget management, and CRM software.
